Alpine Divine Food Services Ltd. was born from Rob and Sally’s passion for food – real food made from fresh, whole, organic ingredients, prepared with love and intention. In 2011, after spending 5 years running a catering company in Calgary, Alberta they made their way to Winlaw, British Columbia. Here, they are pursuing their dream to help create food security in the Slocan Valley.
Their project, The Valley Kitchen, houses an inspected commercial kitchen, food storage space (fridge, freezer and dry goods) and a small local foods market in the heart of Winlaw.
Kitchen and storage space are available for long or short-term rental by local food businesses, food educators and general community members. The market provides in-house food businesses with an opportunity to retail their products onsite.
